Wish I could say zero stars because I have zero merchandise! I ordered two of these gates for our outdoor deck since we have a 2 year old and a dog. One opening needed the extension piece which is sold separately. Also they strongly suggest buying the extra hardware since it is outdoor friendly and weather resistant. So I IMMEDIATELY get confirmations that the 2 orders of hardware and extension gate were shipped. That same day I receive a cancellation email for the 2 gates saying the following: We're writing to inform you that your order xxxxxx-2133020 from KT Pet Supply has been canceled because the item(s) you purchased were out of stock. Please return and place your order again at a later time. So now I have an extension gate and all this hardware and no gates. This annoys me since I can't understand why they can't backorder them. I also have zero interest in wasting MY time to return the extras I needed. So now it's either return everything or HOPE that the next time I attempt to order the same thing doesn't happen. Total waste of my time! I am editing this review a few days later. KT Pet Supply was the one that cancelled my order, but I reordered and rec'd the 2 gates in a reasonable timely manner from debnroo, inc. - no problem.
